Utility to extract attachments from ALM

Sometimes a team need to leave Microfocus ALM for various reasons, or you need to get relevant info from ALM projects to shut it down.
It's easy enough to extract most information from ALM via the Dashboard -> Analysis -> Report functionality.
However, with these reports no attachments are included. This small utility parses any HTML report for links to attachments and downloads these attachments to a local folder and updating the links to the local attachment sources.

The utility need a HTML report to work with. The reports are generated from within ALM. The report is saved locally and pointed out in the tool.

End results will be a copy of the initial report, but with the attachments saved locally in a subfolder called 'attachments'.
