Receiving the Sogeti TestExpo SUPERSTAR 2023 award

(2023-09-16)

Yes, I'm proud.

When I was nominated for the Sogeti TestExpo SUPERSTAR award I was flattered and glad to be recognized with a beautifully expressed nomination.

Eventually I ended up winning the award, shared with Nicola Lindgren.

The event where the award was handed out

The awards were held during the Sogeti TestExpo.

I had already registered to attend this event a few weeks prior to being nominated since I found the program appealing and was curious about Sogeti events since I hadn't attended one for years.

A few weeks later the event took place. It turned out the event was a brilliant display. Many vendors showcasing their products, and a lot of fun activities. Two floors of presentations, tools and concepts display boots with robots, testing tools, AI workshops, Virtual Reality, tastings, games, exercises and much more. The venue also had lots of areas for mingling, and was very bustling with pod cast recordings, DJ and a large number of delegates.

During the event four awards were handed out for HERO, ENERGIZER, VALUEMAKER, and SUPERSTAR. They were handed out at regular intervals, one each hour. The last one was the SUPERSTAR award I was nominated for.

The prize

The prize mainly constituted the bragging rights, but I also received a surprisingly heavy glass plaquet and a nice diploma.
